Suzanne Davis – Director of Litigation Lab in Dallas, Texas
Suzanne became interested in Social Psychology while she was an undergraduate at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Suzanne went on to receive her MA in Psychology and PhD in Social Psychology (with a concentration in Psychology and Law) at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and in 1998 she became an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Northern Iowa.
In 2000, Suzanne left academia and worked for nearly twenty years as a Litigation Consultant in several national jury consulting firms, where she served as a trusted advisor for legal teams and corporate clients in civil litigation matters. During this time, Suzanne learned how companies defend themselves in personal injury and trucking cases.
In 2024, Suzanne brought her expertise to Litigation Laboratory, which includes designing and conducting focus groups/mock trials, developing actionable trial strategies, crafting compelling case narratives, and leading jury selection strategy for injured parties in trucking and car wreck litigation.
